    Kevin Curran has been an artist for as long as he can remember.  He has worked in the printing field while continuing his career as a painter doing commissioned paintings and illustrations.  Kevin’s recent paintings are of the Lowcountry of South Carolina as well as landscapes and beach scenes.  To view Kevin’s work, be sure to visit Karen’s Korner.

“As a native Charlestonian, I feel very blessed to have been born and raised in such a beautiful and historic city. My love for art began at an early age and continued to grow stronger through the years. After attending the College of Charleston with a major in Studio Art, my education continues with workshops by national and international artist. I have been working in Watercolors for the last 24 years and just love the way the medium captures the glow and vibrant colors and textures. As an artist I try to capture the beauty we are surrounded by every day. I feel that with our busy lifestyles in today’s world that I can provide a relaxing escape through my paintings.”
